1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and bd989 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bd989 website, mobile interface and all associated services available at bd989.vip. By registering an account, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion offered by bd989, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full, without reservation.

These Terms apply alongside any additional rules, game-specific terms, promotional terms and our Privacy Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and supplementary documentation, these Terms shall prevail unless specifically stated otherwise.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on bd989, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the lifetime of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This requirement is non-negotiable and strictly enforced. bd989 does not permit play by individuals under 21 under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person and a resident of Bangladesh. Corporate entities and non-residents may not register accounts on bd989.

• You must register using your own legal identity and accurate personal details. Providing false registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must be the sole authorised user of your bd989 account. Sharing your login credentials or account access with any third party is strictly prohibited.

3 Account Registration and Security

Each eligible individual may register only one account on the bd989 platform. Duplicate accounts are not permitted and will be closed. Any balance remaining in a duplicate account may be forfeited at bd989's discretion. When registering, you are required to provide:

• A valid Bangladeshi mobile number that you own and control, which will serve as your primary account identifier and OTP delivery channel.
• Your full legal name as it appears on your National Identity Card (NID) or other valid government-issued identification document.
• Your date of birth, which must confirm that you are aged 21 years or older at the time of registration.
• A secure password of your choosing. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. bd989 staff will never ask you for your password via any channel.
• Any additional information requested during the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process, which bd989 may require before processing withdrawals or at any other time.

You are responsible for keeping your account information current and accurate. If any of your details change after registration — in particular your mobile number — you must update your account promptly. bd989 bears no liability for losses arising from outdated or inaccurate account information.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

bd989 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and Visa/Mastercard (where available). All transactions on the bd989 platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount may vary by payment method and will be displayed clearly in your account settings at the time of the withdrawal request.

All funds deposited into your bd989 account must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. bd989 reserves the right to return funds to the original payment method and/or request additional verification if the source of funds cannot be confirmed.

• Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. bd989 may request copies of your NID, bank statement or mobile financial service statement before releasing funds.
• Deposits are credited to your bd989 balance instantly in most cases. If a deposit is not reflected within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.
• Approved withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.
• bd989 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile financial service provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, etc.) may apply their own transaction fees independently of bd989.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

bd989 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any bonus-specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Players who have self-excluded or whose accounts are under review are not entitled to claim bonuses during that period.
• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated clearly in the specific promotional terms for each offer. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met in full.
• bd989 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. This does not affect bonuses that have already been claimed and are actively being wagered by the player.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid for a stated period. Unused free spins will expire at the end of the validity period and cannot be reinstated.
• Multiple accounts claiming the same bonus constitutes abuse. bd989 will void all bonuses associated with duplicate accounts and may permanently ban the offending accounts.

6 Gameplay and Fair Use

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bd989 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, winnings forfeited, and may be referred to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets or exploit game mechanics.
• Money laundering, or depositing and withdrawing funds through bd989 for purposes other than genuine gaming activity.
• Registering multiple accounts or colluding with other players to exploit bonus systems or manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification or any other account-related process.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, decompile or otherwise interfere with the bd989 platform's software, servers or security systems.
• Registering or playing on behalf of another person, or allowing a third party to use your account credentials to access bd989.

8 Responsible Gaming

bd989 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The platform makes the following tools available to all registered players at no charge: deposit limits (daily, weekly and monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion. Players who wish to self-exclude may do so by contacting bd989 support. Self-exclusion is effective immediately upon confirmation and will remain in force for the elected duration. Players who have self-excluded are prohibited from attempting to re-register under any identity during the exclusion period.

• bd989 is required to do so in order to comply with applicable legal or regulatory obligations.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the bd989 platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, game content and user interface elements — is the property of bd989 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or commercially exploit any content from the bd989 platform without the prior written consent of bd989. Unauthorised use of bd989's intellectual property may result in legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bd989 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits or loss of opportunity, even if bd989 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bd989 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from technical faults. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bd989 will make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee continuous uptime, particularly during scheduled maintenance windows or events outside bd989's reasonable control.

12 Privacy

13 Amendments to These Terms

bd989 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. 14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which bd989 operates.
